Located in Erquy, this 130 m² Breton house accommodates up to 6 guests. It provides easy access to several local beaches, the town-centre shops and Saint-Michel islet.
The living area includes a lounge with sofa, armchair, television and fireplace, as well as a dining space for 6 guests. This central room works well for returning from the beach or for quieter evenings at the house.
The separate kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals during the stay. It includes an oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, filter coffee maker and Tassimo coffee machine.

A private parking space is available in the driveway of the house.
From the property, shops and the town centre are approximately 2 km away, Bourg beach approximately 2.2 km away, Montiers beach approximately 2.5 km away, and several other Erquy beaches as well as Saint-Michel islet approximately 3 km away. Pets are not accepted.
