Located in Erquy, approximately 300 metres from the central beach and 200 metres from shops, this 120 m² characterful family home accommodates up to 9 guests. Its fully enclosed 500 m² garden and convenient location close to the town centre make family holidays easier without relying on the car for every outing.
On the ground floor, the large living area combines a lounge with sofa, armchair, television and games, as well as a dining space with a table for 9 guests. Three large patio doors open directly onto the terrace and garden.
The open-plan kitchen also provides access to the garden. It is equipped for everyday meals with a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
Sleeping arrangements include:

- 3 upstairs bedrooms, each with 1 double bed 140x190

The house includes 2 shower rooms: one on the ground floor with a shower and another upstairs with a walk-in shower and double washbasin. Separate toilets are available on both levels.
The enclosed garden naturally extends the living spaces during sunny days. Outdoor furniture, sun loungers and the built-in barbecue make it easy to organise meals outside or enjoy a quieter break after the beach.
Private parking in the courtyard makes arrivals, departures and beach returns easier for the whole family.
From the property, guests can walk to the central beach, shops and restaurants. Walks towards Cap d’Erquy and the coastal paths provide an easy way to discover the pink sandstone landscapes of Brittany’s Emerald Coast.
