Located in central Erquy, this 80 m² house accommodates up to 6 guests. Plage du Bourg is approximately 300 metres away, shops are approximately 350 metres away and the fishing harbour is approximately 1 km away. This location makes it easy to reach the town centre, restaurants and coastal walks.
On the ground floor, the living area includes a lounge with sofa and television as well as a dining table for 6 guests. Direct access to the terrace makes outdoor meals and returns from the beach easier.
The open kitchen is fully equipped for independent holidays: induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, citrus press and electric mixer.
Sleeping arrangements include:

The house includes 2 shower rooms: a walk-in shower on the ground floor and a shower cubicle upstairs with toilet. A separate toilet is also available on the ground floor.
The west-facing terrace includes a table for 6 guests, outdoor lounge furniture, two sun loungers and a parasol. It becomes a natural extension of the house during sunny days.
Parking in front of the garage door makes arrivals, departures and returns from the beach with bags easier.
Erquy is known for its harbour, beaches and pink sandstone landscapes. From the house, guests can easily alternate between Plage du Bourg, walks towards Cap d'Erquy and outings around Lac Bleu.
