Located in Erquy, this fully renovated farmhouse accommodates up to 8 guests in a practical setting for shared holidays on Brittany's Emerald Coast.
On the ground floor, the living and dining room provides a comfortable gathering space around a table for 8 guests. The fireplace is present but cannot be used. The independent and well-equipped kitchen opens directly onto the rear terrace, making outdoor meals and everyday holiday cooking easy to organise.
Sleeping arrangements include:
- 1 ground-floor master suite with double bed 140x190, en-suite shower room and toilet
- 1 upstairs bedroom with Queen Size double bed 160x200
- 1 upstairs bedroom with Queen Size double bed 160x200, which can be separated into 2 single beds
- 1 upstairs bedroom with double bed 140x190
Upstairs, a bathroom with bathtub, a shower room with shower and toilet, and an additional separate toilet make group stays easier to manage. A travel cot and high chair are also available for a baby.
At the rear of the house, the terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture, a parasol, barbecue and sun loungers. The enclosed garden is convenient for family stays. An above-ground pool is available for stays from June to September.
Private parking is available on site.
From the property, guests can reach shops in Erquy at approximately 2 km, the main beach at approximately 3.5 km and Cap d'Erquy at approximately 6.3 km. The location makes it easy to combine beach days, coastal walks and outings in the seaside resort.
