Located in Erquy with direct access to the main beach, this 145 m² character house accommodates up to 10 guests. Its location makes it easy to reach restaurants, seasonal shops and coastal walks.
The large living area combines a lounge and dining room with a fireplace, sofa, armchairs and a family dining table. A glimpse of the harbour can be enjoyed from this room after days spent by the sea.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped for independent holidays. Its patio door opens onto the rear garden, making outdoor meals easy to organise whenever the weather allows.
Sleeping arrangements include:
- 1 ground-floor bedroom with double bed 140x190 and en-suite shower room
- 2 upstairs bedrooms, each with 1 double bed 140x190
- 1 upstairs bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190
- 1 upstairs bedroom with Queen Size double bed 160x200 and sea view
A large attic room also includes two sofa beds. It provides an additional space to relax together, but the property's maximum capacity remains limited to 10 guests.
The house offers 2 shower rooms: one adjoining the ground-floor bedroom and a second upstairs with double washbasin, shower and WC. A separate WC with hand basin completes the ground floor.
At the rear of the house, the fully enclosed and private garden extends the living space with an outdoor table, chairs, parasols and barbecues. It is particularly useful for shared meals and relaxed evenings after the beach.
The basement is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Private parking in a secure garage makes arrivals and daily travel easier throughout the stay.
Erquy is known for its fishing harbour, beaches and pink sandstone landscapes. From the house, guests can easily alternate between swimming, walks around Cap d'Erquy and discovering Brittany's Emerald Coast.
