Located in Erquy, at the entrance to Domaine de Lanruen, this semi-detached house accommodates up to 6 guests in a private seaside residence. The beach and the GR34 coastal walking paths are approximately 100 metres away, making it easy to alternate between swimming and walks along the coast.
On the raised ground floor, the living and dining area enjoys a beautiful sea view and opens onto the rear terrace. This space naturally becomes the meeting point after outings, for shared meals or quieter evenings at the end of the day.
The equipped kitchen-bar provides the independence needed for everyday holiday meals after the beach or a visit to the local market.

Domaine de Lanruen provides a seaside setting while remaining approximately 3.5 km from Erquy town centre and shops. The harbour, beaches and pink sandstone landscapes around Cap d'Erquy make it easy to alternate between relaxing days, coastal walks and discovering the area.
Pets are not allowed in the property.
