Located in La Bouillie, close to Erquy and Pléneuf-Val-André, this 175 m² family house accommodates up to 13 guests. Its layout is well suited to large families or groups who want to share time together while keeping separate areas.
In the main house, the large dining room includes two tables for shared meals and opens onto the outdoor terrace. The renovated kitchen, complemented by a fully equipped utility kitchen, makes it easier to prepare meals for a large group. The lounge provides a welcoming space with fireplace, table football, piano, library and small desk.
Sleeping arrangements include:

The property includes three bathrooms shared between the main house and the annex. Two baby cots, a baby bath and a high chair are also available.
The annex includes its own living room, open kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet. This layout is useful for intergenerational holidays or stays with friends.
Outside, the enclosed landscaped garden of approximately 1,500 m² is not overlooked. The south-facing terrace is suited to outdoor meals. A table for 8 guests, a built-in barbecue and a sandpit with children’s toys are available.
Parking is possible in front of the garages.
La Bouillie provides easy access to Erquy, Pléneuf-Val-André, the beaches of the Côte de Penthièvre and the golf course at Sables-d’Or-les-Pins (Fréhel municipality). The area is suitable for beach days, coastal walks and family outings.
