Located on the 1st floor of La Closerie residence in Erquy, this 50 m² apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. Its location provides easy access to Cap d’Erquy and the coastal walking paths. The town centre is approximately 700 metres away, shops are 750 metres away and the central beach is 800 metres from the residence.
The living area includes a dining table for 4 guests, a sofa, armchairs and a French door opening onto the balcony with outdoor furniture. The open sea view creates a pleasant setting for quiet breaks after exploring the coast.
The separate kitchen is well equipped for everyday meals: induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and Dolce Gusto capsule machine.

The balcony extends the living area during sunny days, whether for a coffee overlooking the sea or a quieter end to the day.

From the apartment, guests can easily alternate between Erquy’s beaches, walks around the harbour and hikes towards Cap d’Erquy on Brittany’s Emerald Coast.
