Located in the Beaurivage residence in Erquy, this 35 m² one-bedroom apartment accommodates up to 2 guests on the first floor with lift access. Its beachfront location beside the central beach makes it easy to enjoy the coast and the atmosphere of the seaside resort.
The living room opens onto a balcony with a sea view through a large bay window fitted with an electric shutter. The lounge area is a pleasant place to relax overlooking the bay after the beach or a walk along the promenade.
The kitchenette is equipped for easy meal preparation during the stay: electric hobs, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave and washing machine. A two-person sofa bed is also available in the living room, without changing the maximum capacity of 2 guests.

A private basement garage, space no. 16, provides convenient parking within the residence. Free parking spaces are also available along boulevard de la Mer.
The central beach is approximately 30 metres away. Shops and restaurants are around 300 metres from the residence. Nearby, the pedestrian promenade, Erquy harbour, children’s play area and pétanque courts make it easy to alternate between swimming, walks and seaside outings.
